Shipping policy
We ship all MANÉ orders from Johannesburg to every corner of South Africa via Aramex. Here's everything you need to know about getting your MANÉ delivered.
Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere in South Africa. International shipping is not available yet — we're focused on doing SA right first. If you're ordering from outside SA and would like to be notified when we expand, email us at support@getmane.co.za.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders.
That's it. No hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout.
Delivery times
We deliver via Aramex tracked courier, with an estimated delivery window of 5-10 business days from the day you place your order.
This includes:
- 1-2 business days for order processing and dispatch
- 6-9 business days for Aramex delivery to your door
Delivery to main metros (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban) is usually on the faster end of the range. Outlying areas may be on the longer end.
We're a small team and we don't ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will typically dispatch the following Monday.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:
- Your Aramex tracking number
- A tracking link to check your parcel's journey
Aramex provides real-time updates including estimated delivery date and proof of delivery (signature or photo) once the parcel arrives.
Delivery addresses
We deliver to:
- Residential addresses
- Business addresses
- Apartment complexes (delivery to reception or gate)
- PostNet locations (if you prefer to collect)
We do not deliver to:
- PO Boxes
- Informal addresses without a street number
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We're unable to redirect parcels once Aramex has collected them.
Missed deliveries
If Aramex attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the parcel:
- Aramex will leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery (usually the next business day)
- After 2-3 failed attempts, the parcel will be held at the nearest Aramex depot for collection
- If uncollected after 7 days, the parcel is returned to us
If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost, or issue a refund minus our outbound courier cost (R90).
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@getmane.co.za with photos. We'll sort it out.
If your parcel is lost in transit, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with Aramex. Every order ships with proof of delivery, so we can confirm exactly what happened.

Order changes
Need to change your address or cancel your order? Contact us at support@getmane.co.za as soon as possible after ordering.
We dispatch quickly, so we can only make changes before your order is handed to Aramex. Once the parcel has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
